Privacy policy

How we use your information

Goodheart Gifts will only ever use your information for internal purposes and for processing your orders.  We will never pass on or sell your personal information to any other company, except for during the fulfilment of your order.  These companies include our third-party suppliers who may ship on our behalf and/or shipping companies who need your information in order to deliver your order.

Payment Information

Your payment information (including credit card numbers) will be stored securely within our system whilst your order is being processed.  This data is encrypted using a triple-stage algorithm, which remains practically impenetrable.  Payment information that is not needed will be removed on a regular basis, as per our data protection policy.  Our staff do not have access to your payment information, however, we do have the ability to refund payments when required using our payment provider's interface.

Payment Provider

Our payments are processed using Paypal Pro.  This provides high level of security and further the ability to refund your charges when required without having access to the original card numbers.
