Excellent service

I ordered this product and recieved it the following day. Recieved calls from a customer advisor who was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure my order was spot on and delivered on time. Despite her efforts though, the warehouse managed to make my order with blue thread instead of pink :-/ Called the same customer advisor back and she sorted a replacement bunny with pink thread and it arrived the following morning. Apart from the warehouse error, I am very, very happy with the product and the service. Love how cuddly and soft this bunny is :) And can safely say this was THE best present at the christening. Cute, pink and personal. Perfect.
